Independent Sales Consultants
Independent Sales Consultants are sole proprietors who work out of their home or office and promote sales of any type of merchandise. Proof of business, such as commission receipt, 1099 form or invoice is required. They will pay the appropriate sales tax.

Independent Sales Consultants include (but are not limited to): Commisioned cosmetic or other personal care products salesperson; in-home selling and party consultants (e.g. candles, baskets, cookware, etc.)
