Orders placed in this manner are given the same care and attention as orders received directly via the web - your peace of mind is our top priority.

Shipping/Handling

Shipping is calculated based on total cart price. For a cart under $100 the shipping amount is $13.00. For any orders over $100 the shipping cost is 12% of the total cart before discounts are applied. The shipping amount will not be displayed until you begin the checkout process.Shipping is via DHL Ground service.

Orders that contain over weight items or over sized items and or multiple boxes will have additional shipping costs applied.

On orders where these charges apply, the customer will be contacted before any shipment is made.

Items that we are unable to ship because of being out of stock will not automatically be backordered.

Returns

All returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping.
