
How much does a Flower Factory membership cost?
Nothing. Membership is absolutely free.
What qualifies me as a member?
Not everyone can get in to shop at Flower Factory. You must first meet the qualifications. You must provide proof of: Ownership or Co-ownership of a business, being a ranking officer of a Non-profit organization, being an Independent Sales/Business Consultant. Personal memberships can be obtained in Cleveland markets, Indianapolis markets and online shoppers.
How do I get started?
Complete and submit the appropriate pre-application on-line to the Flower Factory nearest you. Everything will be ready for you upon your first visit to one of our stores. You will need to bring certain information along with you in order for us to establish your credentials.
If I am a business owner, can I allow my employees to shop too?
Yes! Buyers may be added to your account at any time, given the following conditions:
Accounts existing prior to June 1, 2005: Business owners may keep 6 buyers on their account. Non-profit companies may keep 20 buyers on their account. There will be a $15.00 fee to change each buyer on an account, deleting one and adding another, as long as the number of buyers does not exceed the limit. No fee will be charged to simply delete a buyer.
New Accounts: Business owners may list up to 4 buyers on their account: 2 at no charge. A fee of $10 will be charged for each of the 2 remaining buyers. Usual guest policies apply. New Non-profit organizations with more than 40 employees may list up to 10 buyers on the account; 5 free of charge. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for each of the 5 remaining buyers. Usual guest policies apply.
Does Flower Factory make flowers? What is Flower Factory?
No. Flower Factory sells more than 70,000 different items at wholesale prices. Merchandise includes home décor, gifts, crafts, floral supplies, party and catering supplies, huge seasonal departments, and so much more.
What kind of payments does Flower Factory accept?
Cash, checks with proper I.D., Visa, MasterCard, and Flower Factory credit card.
Can I return merchandise?
Damaged merchandise only can be returned for credit if the store is notified within 48 hours of purchase. A receipt must accompany the merchandise.
What if Flower Factory is out of the merchandise I need?
You can ask any one of our helpful sales associates to check on specific items to find out if or when it will be in the store again.
Will Flower Factory ship?
By placing an order through our online store, your items can be shipped.
Can I shop at any Flower Factory?
Yes. Your membership is valid at all of our locations.
Do I need to present my Flower Factory membership card every time I come to shop?
Yes.
What if I lose or forget my membership card and want to shop at Flower Factory?
You will need to present a photo I.D. and your social security number to the Customer Service desk in order to shop.
