- Manage day-to-day operations executing company action plans to increase sales and profits.
- Plan, prioritize and delegate overall workload through teamwork and motivation.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and company values are demonstrated and in place with all associates.
- Recruiting, retaining and developing a total team environment through training, coaching, action planning, and employee interaction.
- The ability to teach, and most importantly to establish the eagerness to learn among employees.
- Broaden and maintain customer base by generating enthusiasm and rapport among store employees and customers.
- Define and maintain visual merchandising standards within the store.
- Ensure consistent quality customer service and safety standards. Customer focus.
- The ability to analyze, prioritize and set into motion, company needs through clear and decisive guidance and direction.
- Human Resources capabilities.
- Operations, cash control, and loss prevention.
- Inventory management.
